To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to thank the zealous enthusiasm which neighbors have participated in fertilizing portions of a yard that resides within walking distance to a local school. It is frequently problematic that that part of turf between the sidewalk and curb is wear worn or nutrient deficient. The zest with which our surely good intentioned local residents have engaged in ensuring proper biochemical balance is laudable. My concern is that being near a school, children in transit will frequently wander from the concrete path and inadvertently come in contact with such canine contributions.

While some people would dismiss such presents as the effluviant of feral fauna, we assure you that careful observation has determined that human supervision has resulted in the presence of such packages. While some people would think that the participation of proper authorities in the enforcement of existent civil regulations would be required, I dismiss this as an issue that is best addressed by proper civil behavior and self containment, and applaud the best intentions of decent human interaction.
